I wish I had something profoudn to say. But really, I don't. Other than being happy that I got to see my Orangey last night. was and stll am so very grateful that she's willing to drive to the westside to play. Thank god she's wonderful like that. Yay for 27 Dresses being a good movie, but boo for Denny's having such horrific parking and for Denny's, but I'm glad we ended up at the 50's Cafe. Good times. |

| The Great Cupcake Debate |

I'm a fan of Yummy Cupcakes. To me, they've always been the best. But, I've been biased since I never tried Sprinkles, which I'd always heard to be deliciously delicious. SO, I spent my $13 on four cupcakes...and I am now surely sure in my conviction that Yummy Cupcakes has the best cupcakes. I was so blah over the Sprinkles confections. The Strawberry cupcake was icky, the only thing good about it was the frosting (ok, the frosting was REALLY good), and the Vanilla Milk Chocolate-the cake was bitter, and the cream cheese frosting was really not even close to what Yummy puts out.
So, that's the way the cupcake's frosted. Yummy > Sprinkles. |

Monday's here. Punxatawny Phil said we've got 6 more weeks of winter to deal with. Fan fucking tastic. I feel like I'm getting sick, and it would really make sense if I was 'cause James is dealing with a nasty, spinny, fevery bug right now. Plleeeeease don't get me, sicky bug!! |

When I think of an actor that would be good for a role, at least in my mind, only to see that the people who are making money in this office had brought him in for a reading. For some reason, it makes me happy. |

| Huzzah for Bakersfield Patriotics |

So, it seems that the patriotic holidays of 2006 have been celebrated in Bakersfield. And this Veteran's Day is no different. The party isn't until tomorrow, but Kimber and I traveled up the grape vine a day early to hang out with the Dmom family and Kyle. These people are fun. Right now, Ddad is putting together their new entertainment center, complete with plasma TV. Yes, at nearly 1 am. And, we just finished at batch of cookies with edible stickers. We're still hoping to whip outsome jello shots, but we'll see if that actually happens.
So, these holidays are notorious for the drunken debauchery that goes on, and I'm sure that tomorrow will be no different...except for the fact that it's too damn cold to go into the pool (so no shark mounting :( ) and the hot tub still needs to be...ahem...cleaned. It wasn't me!! |

So, I joined in on the MiceChat Walt Disney World Invasion last week and holy crap, I think that was my favorite vacation so far! We spent a week at the resort, staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort. Purty stuff. All of the parks were amazing! I loved Epcot and Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios was awesome, as was Animal Kindgom. I just wish I had even more time to spend there. I'll post pictures/links to pictures as soon as I get them uploaded, but considering I took about 1600 pictures, that may take me a while. :D |
